Very nice people, very comfortable preparation for the procedure.
As always.. a great appt. Dr New is a very sincere & caring physician. I have years of experience with other dr.s offices. Dr. New REALLY listens, he is sympathetic, smart & really cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable & doesn't sugar coat anything.
They keep you up to date and are very friendly and knowledgable
My infusion went well; they rescheduled Quickly. Dr Miller spoke to me by phone and I am in complete agreement with his diagnosis.

In 23 I ended up in the ER with a gallstone that I had not known I had for 5 weeks
I had been freezing cold, even tho it was summer, and lost 20 lbs… which I didn't mind, I couldn't eat , but had no pain symptoms to get me to the Dr any faster … until I finally threw up bile 🙄.
Dr Siegel took one look at me covered up with blankets and said we’re going in right now even though was the end of the day - he literally saved my life! The gallstone had been stuck and getting infected with Gram Positive Strep - I was shutting down.
He has always been thorough and given me lots of encouragement and knowledge. He was even more so this time.

Dr New and his office are never impatient. They listen and go out of their way to help and understand obstacles GI problems and chronic pain can pose. Dr New is a very skilled surgeon and performed a successful surgery on me despite some unexpected challenges. He is thorough and always uplifting in the face of his patients personal problems and that in itself is very important.
I had a routine colonoscopy performed, people at the Rose Medical Center were awesome, very friendly, helpful, and considerate. What was challenging is their billing process, as a self-pay patient I received a quote for the procedure ahead of time only to learned afterwards that this was incomplete, as anesthesiologist, doctor, pathologist, lab all came as additional charges adding > 60% to the original quote.
I have had Crohn’s, Colitis since I was 15… I have seen many GI doctors and by far Dr. Siegel and his staff are the best hands down! Great bedside manners and the most knowledgeable GI specialist you will ever find.
Dr Scott is very personable, I would definitely recommend him!

My experience was as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. The staff is great and everyone made sure I was informed and comfortable each step of the procedure. Fortunate to have that facility in my area.
